WildFire Bread

Tomato-Basil (28 oz.) $10 – ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!


This one I haven’t made in nearly 3 1/2 years! This is a light whole wheat dough (20%) made with added organic tomato paste, fresh and dried basil, chopped garlic, Parmesan/Asiago cheese, red pepper flakes, and a hint of brown sugar and cinnamon. This is a loose interpretation of Panera’s Tomato-Basil, a bread that used to be my favorite before I became a sourdough baker. Let’s see how close I can get to my memory of it! 🙂
