After more requests for this bread, I’m giving it another go! The chickpeas will be simmered in a mild Tikka Masala sauce before they get folded into a distinctive yellow turmeric dough along with the homemade mango chutney made with mangos, golden raisins, dates, fresh ginger, and a load of aromatic spices including clove, coriander, cardamom, cumin, and a smidge of spicy chili flakes!
