I’m always looking for new ways to bring the spicy-cheesiness to you, so this week I’m starting with fresh serrano peppers, which are decidedly hotter than jalapenos, and then I’m adding some mild, yet flavorful pepper jack. I thought the last jalapeno-pepper was good, but it lacked the kick that I was looking for, so I’m hoping this loaf makes up for that. I just hope it doesn’t give me a case of hurt-so-good-heartburn like the habanero loaf did. 😉
