This is a new take on the old Roasted Red Pepper! I already roasted 10lbs of red peppers to concentrate their flavors. They’ll get sliced and hand-folded into the ORGANIC dough, along with the three-cheese blend, LOTS of fresh basil, and other Italian herbs! This loaf won’t be rolled in shredded cheese because all of the shaved cheese will be inside! I can’t wait to serve it with the lasagna that I’m making this weekend!
