Roasted Red Pepper-Feta (28oz) $9.50 – ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!


Thanks to the folks at Pleasant Lane Farms in Latrobe, PA, we have some wonderful, locally made feta to add to this week’s bread! This will be a light whole wheat sourdough that I will then hand-fold in roasted peppers and cubed feta, along with fresh rosemary, thyme and sage, and a smidge of coarse black pepper. Look for Pleasant Lane Farms’ cheeses at the Ligonier Country Market!
