Roasted Red Pepper-Garlic-Parm-Herb (28oz) ~ $11 ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!

It’s been another long while since I made this one, too! I already roasted 10lbs of red peppers and 2lbs of garlic to concentrate their flavors. They’ll get sliced, chopped, and then hand-folded into the dough along with the Parmesan, fresh rosemary, and other Italian herbs. After the shaping, the dough is rolled in more Parmesan! Baking this bread smells like the best pizza ever!
