This is a newer version of the Jalapeño-Cheddar with lots of added roasted jalapeño, poblano, and serrano peppers! Roasting the peppers concentrates the flavor of the peppers while also cutting down on the spiciness, so don’t let all those peppers scare you. Chopped, fresh cilantro along with the sliced peppers + cheddar cheese will be folded into the dough by hand. I can’t wait to pair this bread with my morning eggs!
