This loaf is made from last harvest of organically-grown peppers from my very own garden! The peppers include jalapeño, cayenne, poblanos, “inferno” peppers, and one other fairly mild pepper that I couldn’t identify! (Haha, seriously!) The peppers, fresh cilantro, sharp yellow cheddar cheese, and thyme get hand-folded into the ORGANIC dough to make this loaf a delicious, one-of-a-kind spicy and cheesy bread. Just how spicy, you ask? It’s a wild card, but I promise it won’t be too painful. Toast it until it sizzles!
