This is a medium Whole Wheat with the addition of organic quinoa and flax! I’m not milling the whole wheat in this loaf, but the organic berries were milled by Frankferd Farms in Saxonburg, PA. The addition of the organic quinoa and flax adds extra protein and Omega-3’s! I think this will make a fine buttered toast for all occasions!
