I made myself some spicy mango tea last week, and it inspired me to make this fun, new loaf. In addition to the mango, I have also added lots of peaches, and then stirred-in finely-chopped dried chipotle peppers (smoked jalapenos) to let them hydrate overnight in the juices from the peaches and mangos. I just love the mix of smokiness, sweetness, and spiciness – all in an organic sourdough!
