“Double chocolate” means there’s cocoa mixed into the dough, as well as dark chocolate chunks added later. This batch will contain both the dried and frozen cherries, along with a subtle amount of smokey chipotle peppers. All those cherries, chocolate bits, and chopped chipotle peppers will be hand-folded into the dough made with ORGANIC flour. People have been asking me to do a spicy Chocolate-Cherry for years, so don’t miss this one!
