I simmered the leeks in organic vegetable broth along with dill, thyme, rosemary, and coarse pepper. I then baked the mini cubes of Golden potatoes until they were perfectly browned. The leeks, potatoes, and sharp cheddar will later be tossed together with the remaining concentrated leek/potato/herb/veggie broth right before hand-folding everything into the dough. I can’t wait to try this one!
