“Double chocolate” means there’s dark cocoa mixed into the dough, as well as 60% dark chocolate Bavarian bits added later. This batch will contain both whole raspberries and organic raspberry preserves!  All those raspberries, along with the chocolate bits will be hand-folded into the dough. If you’re lucky enough to get a loaf, don’t forget to try an unforgettable French Toast, or toasted with cream cheese! 🙂
