This bread was inspired by an artist/sourdough baker friend of mine in Johnstown, Norman Ed! Unfortunately, I missed my chance at using fresh dill from the good folks at People’s Farm, so we’re going with dried dill for this one. The dill will be uniformly added to the dough in the mixer, then the Swiss cheese will then be folded into the ORGANIC dough by hand. I’m thinking this bread should be fantastic for grilled cheese or my favorite over-easy eggs!
Vegetarian – contains some butter and cheese.
