This is a Greek-inspired bread with mostly fresh (and some dried) dill that I wanted to pair with fresh lemon zest, lemon pepper, garlic, and feta that will be marinating in all the above wonderfulness. It’s always interesting to me to see what flavors shine through after a nice long sourdough fermentation in the ORGANIC dough. I’m thinking this bread should be fantastic for grilled cheese, my favorite over-easy eggs, or a sandwich with flavor combinations that I’ve never experienced before!
