Made with smoky, spicy chipotle peppers (which, btw, are ripe, smoked jalapeños), fresh jalapeños, and sharp cheddar – and now I know what I’m taking home with me! I have tossed the jalapeños with the chipotle peppers and now I’m letting all the sliced peppers marinate in the spicy adobo sauce overnight. That mix then gets hand-folded into the organic dough. YUM! Toast this bread until it sizzles!
