This bread was inspired by an artist/sourdough baker friend of mine in Johnstown, Norman Ed! After I have caramelized 24lbs of yellow onions and mixed them into the dough, the Swiss cheese will then be folded in by hand. And like the regular Onion-Poppy, this bread should be fantastic for a grilled cheese or my favorite over-easy eggs!
