I par-boiled the sweet potatoes, cubed them, covered in organic olive oil, and then roasted them until some of the tips were charred. I’ll be combining the sweet potatoes with a spicy Ghost pepper cheddar, and maybe some yellow cheddar for good measure. I’m hoping for a nice balance between sweet and spicy. This may be the first of its kind on the face of the planet.
