The idea for this bread started out with the beautiful Granny Smith and Snap Dragon apples in my cart, but then I started thinking about a really good salad that I’d had before with apples, feta, cranberries, and walnuts. I guess the last step is to add some arugula tossed with a vinaigrette and you’ll be set! I might try some bacon or turkey on mine, too!
