I cook and ferment (all organic) whole wheat, spelt, kamut, einkorn, millet, and barley, and will add the grains and pumpkin seeds to the dough by hand. A moist, hardy loaf with lots of flavor and texture. Requested by my 10-year-old son! 🙂
