I’m soaking dried cranberries, golden raisins, and cherries overnight and then combining them with roasted butternut squash and (for the first time) my homemade PICKLED ginger! All of that yumminess gets hand-folded into the dough to keep the fruit and squash intact and as moist as possible. I just love how soft the butternut squash makes the crumb! This is another bread I can’t wait to toast and heap on the organic cream cheese!
