Kalamata Olive-Feta-Lemon Zest-Rosemary (28oz) $10 – ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!
I haven’t made this one with lemon zest for a while. I’m still adding feta and fresh rosemary, but this time there will be a smidge of fresh sage and thyme too. This will have olive flavor all the way through as I’m adding olive brine and some puréed kalamata olives to the water, and then halved olives to the dough. Yum!
