I haven’t made one like this for a while! I’m adding feta and fresh rosemary + Herbs de Provence to the Kalamata/Castelvetrano (bright green olives) mix. This will have olive flavor all the way through as I’m adding olive brine and some puréed Kalamata olives to the water! Probably would not recommend it for those on a low-salt diet!
