I’m soaking dried cranberries, golden raisins, and cherries overnight with ginger, and then combining them with roasted butternut squash. All of that yumminess gets hand-folded into the dough to keep the fruit and squash intact and as moist as possible. I just love how soft the butternut squash makes the crumb! This is another bread I can’t wait to toast and heap on the organic cream cheese!
