This is a newer version of the Ghost Pepper Cheese bread, this time using a Monterey Jack cheese instead of cheddar – as well as having both the poblano AND jalapeño peppers. The ghost pepper Monterey Jack cheese is fairly spicy, although it’s pretty tame once it’s added to the dough. Likewise, the poblano and jalapeño peppers are relatively mild. They will add more depth and spice to the flavor, plus add valuable moisture to the crumb.
