This version of the Ghost Pepper Cheddar bread will have roasted poblanos for supplemental heat and flavor! The ghost pepper cheddar cheese is fairly spicy, although it’s relatively tame once it’s added to the ORGANIC dough. Likewise, the poblano peppers are fairly mild, but will add more depth, spice, and valuable moisture to the crumb of the bread.
