Coarsely chopped, oven-roasted garlic, shredded Parmesan and a fresh parsley pesto made with walnuts and olive oil fused with Greek lemons from the Laurel Highlands Olive Oil store! I’ll also throw in some coarse black pepper and other Italian herbs, and carefully hand-fold it all into the dough. After shaping, the dough will then be rolled in more Parmesan mixed with herbs on the outside! Oh my!
