Coarsely chopped, oven-roasted garlic from People’s Farm, shredded Parmesan, a little mozzarella (this time), and lots of fresh parsley + a touch of green onion. I’ll also throw in some coarse black pepper, thyme, Italian herbs, and carefully hand-fold it all into the ORGANIC dough. After shaping, the dough will then be rolled in more Parmesan and herbs on the outside! Oh my!
