Coarsely chopped, oven-roasted garlic, shredded Asiago and FRESH rosemary, and coarse black pepper with other Italian herbs are hand-folded into the dough for this loaf.  After shaping, the dough is then rolled in more Asiago on the outside!
Note: As an experiment, there will also be a hint of roasted red pepper in this loaf, but not enough to use “red peppers” in the name, IMO.
