Three hard cheese mix (Asiago, Romano, and Parmesan), chopped, oven roasted garlic, and fresh rosemary. All that goodness gets hand-folded into the dough to make this a savory loaf perfect for an Italian dinner. Normally, the shaped dough is rolled in more cheese, but because I’m working with shaved cheese this time, I’m putting ALL of the cheese on the inside! How exciting is that?!
