(Freezer) Sweet Potato-Ghost Pepper Cheddar-Sautéed Onion (28oz)

This is a newer version of a Sweet Potato-Ghost Pepper I made just over a year ago. This time I roasted the sweet potatoes and cubed them. I’ll be combining all the sweet potatoes with a spicy ghost pepper cheddar and sweet sautéed onions, and then hand-folding all of that into the dough. I’m hoping for a nice balance between sweet, savory, spicy, and comfort foodiness! Don’t worry, though, the ghost pepper cheddar is relatively mild when it’s all said and done.
