It’s been a while since I made this one! To the dough, I add a custom “everything-mix” with onion, garlic, toasted white and black sesame, poppy, caraway, fennel, cumin seeds, and coarse ground pepper.  After shaping, I roll the dough in more everything-mix, but with a little added pretzel salt. The base dough is a similar recipe as the Rustic White.
