“Double chocolate” means there’s dark cocoa mixed into the dough, as well as 60% dark chocolate Bavarian bits added later. This batch will contain both the dried and frozen cherries, so you get the best of both worlds! All those cherries, along with the chocolate bits will be hand-folded into the dough. Don’t miss this WildFire Bread classic!
