Creamy Cauliflower $6.50/pint (Vegan)


All the goodness of cauliflower plus my amazing blend of herbs and spices (bay, turmeric, parsley, white pepper, etc.). I was going to make my curried version w/ coconut milk, but decided to stick to a more-traditional flavor profile while still using a plant-based milk. This is going to pair extremely well w/ a toasted piece or two of the Rustic, Garlic/Asiago, or Porridge.. 🙂 Yum!
