Cinnamon-Raisin (28oz) $12 – ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!

For this Cinnamon-Raisin, instead of adding cane sugar during the shaping process, I’m replacing that additional sugar with raisins that are rehydrated overnight in sweet organic apple juice!! All those juicy raisins then get a heavy coating of cinnamon so it the raisins have cinnamon flavor all the way through. After that, more cinnamon is added when I layer the raisins into the dough!

And now I’m looking forward to slicing this bread extra thick, toasting it to perfection, and then piling on the grass-fed butter AND cream cheese! That sounds like a pretty decadent pre/post-breakfast snack to me! Made with quality McCormick cinnamon, organic Flame raisins, and, of course, all-organic flour!
