This one is going to be a bit different. I want to bring the sweetness, but without doing the sugar/cinnamon swirl at the end of my shaping. I made some chunky applesauce with organic Gala apples, and then to that I’m adding some raisin purée made with the organic flame raisins. This mixture will be tossed with the other flame raisins and it will all be folded in with layers of cinnamon in between.
