Smoky, spicy chipotle peppers, jalapeños, serranos, and sharp cheddar with thyme and fresh cilantro – and now I know what I’m taking home with me! I’m draining the peppers of their adobo sauce and adding that back into the dough. I don’t usually make this one with fresh jalapeños and serranos, but I think the added spiciness and moisture will be a welcome addition! Toast this bread until it sizzles!
