This bread has quickly become one of my top three favorites! I caramelized 24 lbs of yellow onions that are mixed with the sharp cheddar cheese and then hand-folded into the ORGANIC dough. And like the original Onion-Poppy, this bread is fantastic for grilled cheese, or my favorite over-easy eggs! Note: Poppy seeds will be left out of this version.
