I’m rehydrating dried cranberries, cherries, and golden raisins by mixing them with the roasted/cubed butternut squash and fresh ginger + fresh cranberries, and then letting them rest overnight. All of that yumminess gets hand-folded into the ORGANIC dough to keep the squash intact and as moist as possible. This is another bread I can’t wait to toast and heap on the organic cream cheese, or serve with Greek yogurt! YUM!
