I’m rehydrating dried cranberries and currant berries by mixing them with the roasted/cubed butternut squash and mashed ginger overnight. I’ve even added some FRESH cranberries and organic raspberry preserves as well! All of that yumminess gets hand-folded into the dough to keep the fruit and squash intact and as moist as possible. This is another bread I can’t wait to toast and heap on the organic cream cheese!
