I always look forward to the loaves with the citrus – this one especially because the concentrated lemon flavor pairs so well with the blueberries. For this version, I’m simplifying by leaving out the cinnamon, and instead adding a touch of cardamom to elevate its blueberry-ness. That should make this the best Blueberry-Lemon loaf yet!   🙂
