I got a giant half wheel of Asiago cheese and I’m going to make good use of it! I loved the last cubed asiago loaf I made, but that was ages ago! This time I’m adding some fresh parsley and a dried Herbes de Provence in the mix. The cubed Asiago is hand-folded into the dough later. I just know that the smell of this bread while I’m baking will be absolutely intoxicating!
