“Apple Pie” (28oz) ~ $12 ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!

My mom made a really amazing apple pie the other day, and it inspired me to try and recreate that flavor in one of this week’s breads! She used all Granny Smith apples in her recipe, but I’m mixing Granny Smiths with Gala and Pink Lady apples, and then marinating those apples in an apple pie blend of spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, ginger, and cardamom. Later, more apple pie spice will be added as I’m doing my laminations adding the apples to the organic dough.
