6-Grain Multigrain/6-Grain Porridge (28 oz) ~ $11.50 ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!

I cook and then ferment the plump, all-organic whole grains (wheat, spelt, kamut, einkorn, millet, and barley) until they are sour, delicious, and more easily digested. This time I’m also adding an organic 6-grain porridge  (made with rolled oats, rye, wheat, spelt, barley, kamut) that is fermented overnight, cooked until it’s a pasty porridge, and then it’s all added to the organic dough! A moist loaf with lots of flavor and texture.
