Coarsely chopped, oven-roasted garlic, locally-foraged ramps, fresh rosemary, and shredded asiago are hand-folded into the dough for this loaf. The ramps were harvested by Andrew of People’s Farm. We should see their fresh produce make its debut at WildFire Bread next week!
