Fig-Raisin-Walnut (28oz) $10 – ONE PER CUSTOMER, PLEASE!
I’m making this with as much fruit as the regular Raisin-Walnut, but this time it’s mostly figs and only a small percentage of raisins to fill in any spaces in between the figs. The toasted walnuts are soaked in a sugar water to cut down the bitterness, make them softer, and boost the moisture in the crumb. Toasted and smeared with cream cheese is the way to go with this one!
